Gmada Purab Premium Apartments

GMADA to hand over possession of Purab Premium Apartments by Dec 2015.

GMADA will hand over the possession of 1290 Purab Premium Apartments to the allottees by the end of this year, stated Mr. Sukhjeet Pal Singh, Additional Chief Administrator, GMADA at a Press Conference organised here today at PUDA Bhawan.

Speaking in the conference, he further revealed that as far as the completion of work at site is concerned, basement of the project is ready. Superstructure of 916 apartments out of total 1620 apartments which are being constructed has been completed and architectural and finishing work of 650 apartments is in progress. About 64.5% work of the construction of boundary wall has also been done. Construction at the site is in full swings and GMADA targets to hand over the possession of apartments to the allottees by December 2015, he said.

Detailing about the project, Mr. Mahesh Bansal, Estate Officer (Housing), GMADA, told that, the whole project has been designed keeping in view the age old wisdom of Vastu Shastra. All the apartments are facing north, to allow a free flow of air and sunlight. He said that world class material is being used in flooring and wall finishing both inside as well as outside the apartments.

Mr. Jatinder Mohan, Superintending Engineer, GMADA, revealed that spread over 37 acres, Purab Premium Apartments Project will be unique in itself, as apart from the world class residential amenities that the occupants will enjoy, the project offers recreational facilities also. Ample green spaces have been carved out. On the sports front, the project boasts of provision of a badminton court, sports club, swimming pool, table tennis court, lawn tennis court, volley ball court, basket ball court, skating rink, he added.

Mr. Sukhjeet Pal Singh, said that GMADA is concerned about the interests of the allottees of the project. Once completed, the occupants will cherish the facilities being offered in the project he ensured.
